Standard delivery is 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation. Every order ships with a VAT invoice and registered warranty, and you receive WhatsApp updates at each stage.
Dead on arrival (DOA): If a product is faulty when it reaches you, report it within 15 days. After a quick WhatsApp diagnostic, we arrange a swap-first replacement at no cost to you.
Warranty: All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, honoured locally by Al Kays.
Not covered: Physical damage, liquid ingress, power surges, tampered seals, or third-party repair attempts.
