Every product sold by PosGear carries a manufacturer's warranty, honoured locally by Al Kays in Oman. Warranty periods are shown on each product page.
Dead on arrival (0โ15 days): Report a faulty unit within 15 days; after a WhatsApp diagnostic we ship a swap-first replacement at no cost.
In-warranty repair (after 15 days): Where a manufacturer service centre exists in Oman we route your unit there; otherwise we arrange repair or replacement, typically within 10 business days.
Consumables: Rolls, labels and ribbons are covered against manufacturing defects only.
Not covered: Physical damage, liquid ingress, power damage, tampered seals, third-party repair.
