This notice covers the Enquiry List form and any contact details you send us on this site. PosGear is operated by Al Kays International LLC, Sultanate of Oman.
What we collect: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email (if given), and the products you're asking about.
Why: to confirm price and stock with a supplier, and to get back to you about your enquiry. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it: our own team only. Fulfilment partners only ever see what's needed to ship an order once it's confirmed — never your enquiry details.
Retention: kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order.
Your rights: email posgear@kaysit.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
